With 25+ years of nursing experience, Shannon brings extensive clinical knowledge to aesthetics. She believes great injecting comes down to two things: competency and kindness.
Dr. Karimi
Co-Owner | Double Board-Certified Facial Plastic Surgeon
Dr. Kian Karimi is a double board-certified facial plastic surgeon. He holds certifications in both plastic and reconstructive surgery and in ENT-head and neck. He has been recognized repeatedly by Southern California Super Doctors, and the RealSelf 100.
Megan Pfrunder

Co-Owner | Registered Nurse & Injector
A former ICU nurse, Megan combines strong clinical training with a genuinely compassionate approach. She continues to expand her aesthetic expertise through ongoing training, conferences, and hands-on education.

With a background in cardiac ICU nursing and advanced aesthetic training, Courtney brings a thoughtful, relationship-first approach to every treatment. She’s especially passionate about regenerative and aesthetic medicine.
